I am so pleased with Dr Zavarella and his team. I had a total reconstruction of my spine done which was from my T10 to sacrum. I am now about 41/2 months post op. I am doing well. I am walking on my treadmill for about 8 minutes at a slow walk and also doing 7 minutes on the bike along with about 15 minutes of exercises every day.
